TRADITIONS ACCORDIAN ALBUM

What are your family's Christmas traditions?

Christmas traditions are very important to children and to the strength of the family. Long after the wrapping paper and toys are gone, your children and grandchildren will remember the family traditions that YOU took the time to create for them and repeat year after year. “Christmas may seem a ways off yet, but it is right around the corner. We will be like busy little elves creating this beautiful one-of-a kind album similar to the most popular Rusty Pickle Accordion Envelope tag Album, but we will be learning how to create and bind this album from scratch. Add the brand new Hot Chocolate & Mittens 2007 paper collection and you will have an album to cherish forever. You will create a very intriguing album to keep for yourself or give as a gift. You will create beautifully embellished tags where you will be able to capture and document all those family moments, special bonds and treasured memories that your family will always remember. The papers are stunning, the embellishments exquisite and you are sure to learn a thing or two while completing this album that will highlight the traditions of your family.

Cost 35.00

This class is being taught by Kristan Paolacci, Rusty Pickle Chef

Come and join us for this fabulous class Saturday December 8th, starting at 11 a.m. Please call a couple of days before the class so we can get a count to the instructor. Hope to see you there!!!!

Hello October!!!

I just love the month of October! I love seeing all the decorations come out for Halloween. I love seeing the little kids in the costumes. I love the hot cider and jack-o-lanterns that come out. The hayrides and heading out to the apple orchards to pick fresh, ripe apples off the tree. Don't forget the camera for those times and make sure you come in for some of the great embellishments for these activities.

We have been getting in some great, new products and if you are ever looking for the Paper Prefect Adhesive, we have it in. There are some exciting things happening in the next few months so keep an eye on here and at the store. Hope to see you all soon.

Classes this next week

Good evening my fellow crafters. I hope everyone is having a good week. I know there are many kids going back to school this week and next so I hope you are getting everything they need. I stocked up on some things this week with all the great deals going on.
One of the things I picked up was composition books. Have you ever altered a composition book? I love making these for gifts for my friends and family. They are quick to to put together and they hold up well. If you are interested in this, we will be altering comp books in the Quick Take Tuesday class on August 14th.
This Saturday, August 11th, there will be two classes going on. From 11 a.m to 2 p.m, Bianca will be teaching a Basic Card and Stamp class for $10. She will be going over the different inks we carry in the store and what you use them for. You will also get some help with any stamping questions you may have. You will get some great cards done and lots of knowledge to take home.
If you have taken the beginning quilling class, you need to check out Leslie's snowflake for this month. It is amazing. Just take a look of it on the right. This class is being offered on the second and fourth Saturday of this month.

Take care everyone and I will talk to you soon!

August Class Schedule

Well, I guess next time I will learn to proof read my email better. I knew I shouldn't have sent it out so early in the morning after I just woke up. Well, here is the class schedule with the right dates on it for anyone who got the email with the wrong dates and not the second one I sent out with the right ones. I am sorry about this and I promise it won't happen again. Ok, here is the schedule

Summer Fun Kids Class: For all those crafty kids out there looking for some fun during the summer, we will be offering kids classes on Thursday August 2nd and August 9th. Kids need to be ages 8 and older. There will be a different project each week for the kids to make and take home with them. Space is limited to the first 12 to sign up, so make sure you sign up in advance. The class runs from noon to 2 p.m. Cost $5

Paper Tole & Stenciling: Judy is back with all kinds of new, wonderful stencils and paper tole images from across the Atlantic with beautiful papers from Australia to use as backgrounds. Classes are every Monday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cost is $10.

As always we offer:
